The application of the four-valve technology ensures substantially increased flow area of intake and exhaust, and the central fuel injector enables more uniform atomization and more complete combustion; P pump and P nozzle ensure higher injection pressure and stronger working capacity, more reasonable matching between the fuel injector and combustion chamber, uniform mixing, and best fuel atomization quality, and enable a more than 15% reduction in the mechanical loss and less pumping loss, as well as a 10-15% reduction in fuel consumption compared with engines at the same power level.
Yuchai YC6T product, following the demanding specifications for mechanical development verification, has been subject to a cumulative durability bench test of 20,000 hours. The structure of one head for one cylinder ensures easy maintenance. The cylinder head bolts are evenly distributed and stressed. The valve system, high camshaft arrangement, short and thick push rod, and roller tappet make the product highly reliable. The advanced equipment and quality control from casting to assembly ensure higher quality.
