Following the demanding specifications for mechanical development verification, all products have been subject to more than ten verifications during R&D, such as deep thermal shock tests, high-temperature, and alpine-cold tests, and crankshaft fatigue tests; The product is developed reliably using European technology and in-depth and generalized mechanical development procedures, enabling an overhaul period of the engine of over 12000 hours; Its integral crankcase, rear gear chamber and advanced point-line meshing gear technology make its noise lower and offer its customers greater comfort than similar domestic products.
Yuchai's advanced independent electronic control technology ensures flexible fuel injection quantity control, high fuel injection pressure, proper combustion control, stable operation, low combustion noise, better dynamic performance, low speed and high torque, high torque reserve, quick response, and faster acceleration. The application of the four-valve technology ensures substantially increased flow area of intake and exhaust; The central fuel injector enables more even atomization and more sufficient combustion. The valve oil seal is added using Yuchai's proprietary piston ring seal and valve oil seal technologies, making the consumption of lubricating oil above 50% lower than that of domestic products at the same power level.
It is equipped with digital intelligent local and remote monitoring instruments and integral cast iron fresh water cooling jacket exhaust pipe, ensuring lower cabin temperature and safer use.
